Im off of my low carb diet for now. And I gained a little weight back, like you do after this diet….

Gained five pounds and then went back down one…
I’m steady at 159 right now and I’m okay with that :)
Those four punds are filling my bra so I feel awesome.

Things are hectic because I’m in the process of moving….I’m glad I have my Tumblr family to help me on this journey:)

Skating Rink!!!

I’m a terrible skater but it burns lots of calories. 

Sis is coming tonight with babygirl<3 I can’t wait. 

Feeling wonderful about myself and Mrs. Sullivan whom I have not seen since Christmas asked me if I had “lost a ton of weight” and said I look great. 

:) 

My other two sweethearts, Tori and Tiff are coming tomorrow morning. My beautiful and smart younger cousins that I adore…Spring break is going to be the bomb!!!

So.

I got sick. 

We all have our obstacles I guess…

I’m doing a terrible job on my diet but I guess I need a break…even though next week is spring break…

What I Eat

  • Low carb…about 210 cal granola bar
  • Grapefruit
  • Mixed nuts that have some sort of peanut butter/chocolate flavoring so yummy!
  • Big salad with sesame seed dressing OR 3 -4 scrambled eggs w/ 3-4 sausages 
  • Sometimes frozen cool whip and crunchy peanut butter

Lots and lots of water:)

Got down to 154 last week

But it wasn’t a solid 154…because I’ve been cheating like crazy…

But no…you don’t understand…I’m determined. I’ll get to 135. I want to be THIN. And I will be. It begins tomorrow. TOMORROW. It doesn’t matter if it’s Sunday. It’s the first day of the week if you look at a calendar. This is happening.
